DO YOU ONLY WORK IN REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY?

DOES THE HOUSE NEED TO BE STAGED BEFOREHAND?
Absolutely, this is a crucial part. The better the entire property looks, the better the images will showcase all its strengths, and the more the potential buyers will imagine themselves living in the space. I have prepared a staging checklist that you can download and print; this will ensure you are ready for the shooting day.
HOW WILL THE IMAGES BE DELIVERED? AND IN WHAT FORMAT?
The images will be available for instant download via a password protected link I will send to you. They will be in .jpeg format and come in 3 different sizes: Full size – Print quality, Web-optimized (MLS, Zillow, Redfin, social media, etc.), and e-mail-ready.
WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY STAGING?
Essentially, making your house (or your client’s) shine to wow viewers and attract offers. As you can imagine, basic tasks include cleaning, removing all unnecessary items from sight, mowing the lawn, etc. I have put together this printable photoshoot preparation checklist so you have a friendly and easy-to-follow guide.
DO YOU SHOOT IN HDR (DYNAMIC HIGH RANGE)?
No, for a very simple reason: I can do better. HDR technique lets software make automatic calculations in order to blend different images in one, often resulting in weird colors and shadows, and unrealistic overall results. By working with professional lights and the flash-ambient technique, I can manually blend several images into one, individually crafting each photo for astonishing and superior results.
